ABOUT TONY
I love to travel and I am so excited that you want to travel as well! I haven’t always operated Cannon Travels full-time. Before this business became a reality, I was a Pastor at Pine Acres Church in Weatherford, OK, and served for 50+ years in ministry. One month after I retired from Pine Acres Church in 2020, the world changed and needless to say, it was a difficult year to start a business. But I am living proof that God provides - as He always does!
My wife Reggie and I have been married over 50 years. We were 6th grade sweethearts and reconnected when we were seniors in high school. We were married in June of 1972. We have two daughters- Rachelle and Robyn, two sons-in-laws- Mike and Josh, and four amazing grandchildren that are the light of our lives!
I am still serving at Pine Acres Church. I am currently a Deacon and from time to time find myself teaching Sunday School or serving on different committees. I also enjoy cooking a meal for our church family every Wednesday evening. Each year at Christmas Time you can find me raising donations for our Ministerial Alliance to support our Caring and Sharing Project which raises money for under-privileged families within the Weatherford community.
I have led Senior Adults on trips throughout the 50 years I spent in ministry. I love people and I love to travel and I am excited to share this beautiful world with so many! I can’t wait to meet many new friends as we travel together this year. I’ll see you there!
